SCBN - Supply Chain Business Network

Client: Adidas, AmerisourceBergen, Fossil, Greenworks, Home Depot, Lenovo, and Scotiabank
Process: Understanding the users' needs, clearly define the problem that needs to be solved, generate a wide range of potential solutions through brainstorming and other creative techniques, design the possible solutions, validate the concepts, high fidelity designs, prototyping, content review, usability testing, design QA, design handover, feedbacks. Also, following the agile methodology during design process.
Solution: We resolve these 4 pain-points to enhance the experience:
1. Create user groups to manage users having similar kinds of applications and permissions.
2. We centralized the user accesses and permissions within SCBN hub.
3. Admin can select multiple users and can move/add them to different groups.
4. Whenever a user is added to a group or any chance have been done , the admin is notified.
Outcomes: After redesign, we are created a simplified and consolidated user access management across different application in SCBN (Supply Chain Business network) hub.
